Tag Song (Original)

Here's my Tag Song (Thanks TomV..!!) 10 questions to answer in a song...favorite tv show, favorite YT channel, bad habits, worst movie, favorite gadget, type of camera, next vacation, favorite smell, favorite "meme", what you wanted to be when you grow up!

Since I'm singing/speaking so fast thought I should include the lyrics too. A special cameo by my youngest son on this one ..ahh it's summer and to quote TomV, "It is what it is!!" lol Oh and to my "taggees", no pressure just have fun ..that's what it's all about!!

I remember when I was ten, the last time I played tag
Since then I'm still running around but for different reasons
TomV he stopped by and threw this musical nod my way
For a whole new game of tag I've never played.

10 questions they are posed seems simple enough I suppose
I'll barely draw a breath just let 'er go and hope that this all rhymes.

My favorite program on TV is called the hour on the CBC
George Stroumboulopoulos he's so smart, talks music, news, politics and art.

My favorite channel on YT I can't pick one to tell you the truth
Cause what I like on any given day depends on my mood.

Oh bad habits now there's the rub besides cigarettes and greasy grub
I think I use the f-word way too often.

Alot of movies are really rotten maybe too many to mention
I really hate it when 40 people are shot in the first 90 seconds.

The one gadget that I got is my sony cyber shot
Cause I sure don't own a Slap Chop or crap like that of any kind.

My next vacation and my favorite smell they go hand in hand very well
I'll be on "the Rock" breathing in all that salty air.

Stay where you're to 'til I come where you're at.
Where I'm from you can end a sentence with a preposition like that.

If that's a meme I don't know but it's all I got so there you go!

"I Don't Want to Grow Up" is a Tom Waits song
I like to play along cause mostly that's how I feel.

Bones get old and muscles start achin' I don't know if I'm cut out for this game of taggin'
Sure this is barely a song cause I'm not really singin'!

I hope I made you smile with this little ditty though it is quite long and kinda shitty
Cause making people smile is what I like to do!

But don't smile too wide or get pie-eyed just come along for the ride
cause the next poor bugger gets tagged just might be you!
