@bbblopez i dont think its the improvements in skill that people are thinking he is on drugs i think its the way he moved up in weight and kept his speed and power u just dont see that . plus he was very reluctent to take the random test at the start. but i have no idea if he is or not. thanks for comments

Hey Carlito, what do you think about Manny Pacquiao on steroids? Theres a lot of talk about Manny Pacquiao being on roids because he's ducking the whole olympic blood test. I think it's because he's just superstitious. Can you really see him cheating like that? Floyd Sr. thinks it's "unatural" that he's been winning so much just because he knocked the crap out of Hatton.
