@torreyweaver Yes, I learned that years ago. I finally bought one to use when I cook chicken on a grill, esp the Foreman grill. But overcooked chicken will always be dry and tough.

@MsNayners24 "Never cut into chicken when it's cooking." I just thought this could use repeating...THIS is one of the biggest reasons for "dry" chicken. If you're worried about whether it's done or not, just get a thermometer. 165 is the rule for chicken.
