  • I agree in my school out staffs arnt anything like that. i love doing forms competition its actually my best. She is good tho. her kicks are good just dont have that much power..but she is good.

  • Great form. I take Bai Kai. Our people on the State team. Seem to use a different kind of staff. Ours is much more rigid. No insult it was just strange to see such a flexible staff.

  • pretty good I hate forms tho my school always gets screwed because of politics and it does exist in tournements. But when it comes to sparring they cant deny an ass whippin, unless they say we didnt use enough control, anyway good vid, I still hate forms competition :)
