  • Something I've never gotten about TLB - - the live performances, - to tape accomp., or mellotron? & flute solo in "Renee", - also mellotron? Ne 1 ?

  • @pickinpedaler Did you try asking Tom Finn at the official Left Banke Facebook page? I'll include a link to it in the description.

  • Who made up this group on the show. And what year was it made?

  • I wish there was more live footage or just any footage of the boys. Especially Steve, who is just not only amazingly talented but also amazingly wonderful to look at. :D

  • another day of videos not coming on again!

  • This is amazing! Never thought I saw a thing like this by this amazing band! Thanks Thanks Thanks!

  • wow I can't believe there is live footage. Great stuff.

  • Astonishing vocal by Steve Martin, and he makes it seem so effortless--that's how great he really was. Even with the overly dry, out-of-balance audio mix of a 60s television show, his performance shines through like a rainbow. What TV show was this from? This is a true rarity, undoubtedly.

  • Such a great song! I first heard it in 1987 when I was just starting college and I still love it today.

  • @surefirewin I just listened to the (live) vocals again. I don't know how you can say

the group "sucks live" first of all, Steve's lead vocal is incredible....He's also singing without vibrato, do you know how difficult that is?

His pitch is perfect, I think you're a person that doesn't know what they're talking about.
