but its fun this kick has a lot of power in.. cas it forces the spining momentum n the weight of ur body at one point , i.e. the heel of ur foot !
i read it in Karate Shoukoushi Kohinata Minoru manga ( japanese comic) , its one of my favourite , got intrigued n learned it by myself .... if any1 knows more abt this then ... i will be pleased to hear ur positive criticism because i tried searching for it .. but cudnt find it , so i recreated it with the least bit of knowledge available !
