third down the qb spikes the ball
then on fourth down qb scores
if there was any mistake, it was the refs saying the tight end didnt pick up the first down, but that doesnt matter because the running back would have picked it up with the yards of his next play

dude, are you blind? the qb spiked the ball on first down. then the running back was stopped short. they called a timeout on third down. the rb was stopped again. then the qb spiked it on 4th down. you can hear the announcers say it was 3rd down during the timeout
