I just finished this and while it's super cute, it is H U G E! I used the same needle size as you and did all the counts right, but you would have to have a pumpkin head to fit this. I'm not sure what I did wrong, the stitches are nice and tight... :(

@FuryanGoddess You can work the cap with less increase rounds if you find it is working up to large.

@tjw1963 Yes, I'm going to have to remake it. It's so big. It's the first hat I've ever made so I didn't know how big it was going to be. I just started crocheting Jan 1st and had to take a 3 wk break due to family matters but I'm back now and getting ppl wanting me to make them hats.
