Dude take your car "sprut cartridges" and goodies to a shop where they know what they are doing before you get hurt. There is nothing nasty or hard about what you are doing, you are just doing it very very wrong.

What is he talking about? You take the spring compressors off before you ever put the strut back into the well.

i dont get it, the spring compressors don't have to go any where near the car. once you have the unit out then you compress, change over, release then re-install. is this guy making it sound harder than it is? or have i missed something?

if you dont know what you are doing dont do it. you remove the spring compressors before you put the strut/spring back in dude.

he has 2 compressors on the spring keeping it compressed so he can put the spring onto the new bilstein shock. problem is that with where hes put them on he cant get it back in, so he has to move the compressors. he cant take the ones that are on off as it will let the spring out. use a proper compressor instead of the cheap bolt job, u can always resell it on ebay :P
