2000 Chevy Cavalier With K&N Filter

My stock 2000 chevy cavalier 2.2L with a K&N filter on the stock intake pipe. Getting ready to buy a full K&N short ram intake kit with a borla exhaust system, and this week installing a 10'' rocksford fosgate punch sub with an 800 watt sony sub.

horsepower means nothing torque is what you want....all hp is, is another calculation of torque

for the intake housing i used high heat engine enamel from canadian tire and bicard007 i took the valve cover off sandblasted it and again used high heat engine enamel to paint it.

on the 2000 model theres a plastic piece that attaches the hose to the mass airflow box...all i did was switch the pipe and use the plastic piece to give me something to clamp the filter on

Bolt on turbo + kit= Horses. And cold air system

Please respond, what type of paint did you use to paint that part of the intake blue? did yo uhave to use high heat paint or just plastic paint or what? I really want to do that to mine. thanks!

gm's pass key has a certain resistance and theres a resistor in the computer for the security system. if the computer isnt getting the right resistance from the pass key it wont start. try locking and unlocking the drivers side door a couple of times to reset factory settings. it this doesnt work you might need to replace the anti theft system or by pass it.

im 19 an i own my own z24 not handed to me worked for dub racing rims bombz spoiler tgr racing seats lowered front end 3 inches from ground painted side skirts white with also all the trim on the bumpers white looks sick but now i have a anti theft device light on an car won't start anyone know how to remove this light so my car can right agin its pissing me off iv did all the tricks checked all ground wires still nothing ???
