My very own personal tip on how I maintain a healthy weight! It's from balancing everything thing you and it does come along with dedication! Have fun :D

My diet REGIME:

Every morning:
drink bottles of water (H2O)
eat a healthy light snack
(snacking is the most important key in losing weight) in my experience
:helps you eat less big meals
Green Tea (certain kind which helps my immune system and Vitality)
blue-berries (high in antioxidants)


break for about 2-3 hours

Afternoon:
Light lunch (boiled eggs, veggies)
HEALTHY FRIED RICE
Steam the rice sapareately while I cook the meat (chcken, or beef) with eggs and with minimal seasoning
and mix the two in a large bowl
(eat about a palm size amount)
Rice is high in carbs (if you don't burn off, it'll turn to fatt)
water, lots of water (also helps with skin)

break for about a few hours

dinner:
same routine as lunch except i'm cutting the meal by two dishes

late night exercise
4 times a week
