No! Rousseau did not believe in Christian democracy. In fact it was the complete opposite: "Christianity preaches only servitude and dependence. Its spirit is so favorable to tyranny that it always profits by such a regime." The Social Contract, Book 4, Chapter 8. In Emile, he states religion should not play a part in a child's development and education. Nor was he much of a nationalist (in the way we use it today).
