DIY: sous vide controller project built and tested.
PID controller with thermocouple sous vide controller
Made hard boiled eggs 1st @ 167F deg the whites are nice and solid and yokes where solid and very creamy with no green rings around the yoke.
Going to some bonesless beef short ribs in thai red curry sauce with basil and mushrooms. will cook for 48 hours @ 135F deg.
