@lowgunkai i only comment because he is one of my favourite surfers his power is unmatched in the history of the sport. he could still be at or near the top if he had just evolved his surfing to meet the developing style in the industry. then we would still get the pleasure of watching him surf. Always innovate !

@SquidgyMcGee his moves aren't radical anymore cuz he's part of the foundation of modern surfing. when he came out no one could believe what the hell he was doing. he doesnt need to bust his tail loose or spin or even pop airs because he buries his rail so deep that every turn sends a fat wave of spray flying. the projection he gets out of his turns, especially his backside bottom turn, is completely ridiculous. try surfing rail to rail. its not easy. power surfing ftw

@SquidgyMcGee different surfers different era squidgy. thats why he cant get the moves happening?. fuckoff. an over 80 kilo power surfer with carves you would ream about doing. you may used to surf with your feet closer together but you never surfed like that. ever. he has speed and power and can rip the shit out of pockets. ive seen vis of his tail slides, an air in the op pro in the 80s. christ, nimble isnt just 360 hop airs.

well i just got to say that i think Occy is a great surfer. One of my personal favorites. Its just.. His moves are not very radical are they.

@SquidgyMcGee Your right about the whole sliding your tail thing, but occy doesn't need to do that because he does turns like a man and doesn't spin around in circles like what everyone tries doing nowadays. And having weight on his backfoot makes his backside surfing so sick
