if you study the famouse concorde crash, you will notice that the reason it crashed had nothing to do with the engineering of the plane itself, it was a stupid piece of metal that fell on the runway from the previous plane that that took off only 10 minutes before concorde, talk about bad luck.

Authorities should ground Continental Airline instead, and put Concorde back in the skies! Who cares about some rubber tires flying off ?
