Mate, there were loads of us up here in the north east of england, i started breakdancing and popping in 1970 (12 years old), then got others interested and it progressed from there, we have reunions every year at Newcastle, one coming up again soon. Mick

to todays standards some of the dj mixes are sloppy. beat mixing and cuttin. i still like all the hiphop electro albums, i own 2 copys of every album. come to think of it, i own all bboy, streetsound and loads of other albums from this era. im now 39 and was breakin in north east uk before anyone else as i was born n lived in NYC. i was there at the begining, your info is second hand info what you read.
