I've never seen another shirt like this. The main image has a raised, mesh overlay with an outline of the image that give it the 3D effect. I bought it at Goodwill for 50 cents. The company that makes it is called 3D Teez, whose website may or not be 3d-teez.com, but all in all they have zero internet presence and may or may not be defunct. I hope you get the gist of the effect from this video.
