this week has been brutal, and i know it has been for several others. This little video is just a little about my motivation, and how I am getting back on track... WE CAN DO THIS GUYS!!!! One bad day or one bad week, doesn't matter.. LETS START OVER TODAY!!! come on..

We are all too important to let ourselves waste away and make excuses anymore.

  • You did it before you can do it again. Good luck the next few days, I hope you can pull through. I feel you on the not wanting to eat if you cant eat what you want. I try to stop myself when I do that. I think to myself, what kind of spoiled brat are you? That's food. Eat it. Won't kill ya. Maybe if you pep talk yourself it will help

  • LOL I will start thinking of myself as a spoiled brat too. I am lucky i get to eat.. so many people out there dont get nearly enough food.

  • I hear you on the hating what you're eating thing. If I don't like what I'm eating, it puts me in the worst mood and I just want to say fuck it all lol. So many people have had a rough week. I hope this coming week is better for all of us. Keep your chin up (I know, I should talk haha)

  • I think it will be a much better week. sometimes a bad week is what is needed to put our goals into perspective. when we feel dissapointed in ourselves we can channel it either positivly or negativly.. I choose to make this a positive outcome

  • do you have obese relatives? I do and I was a fat kid and now fat adult....it has been a life long battle .....I have only been almost thin for a short period of time when I was about 33 and that is when I took ephedrine and worked out like a finatic and walked 3 miles everyday....my body is a slow metablizer and yours may be too ...people were nicer when I was thinner but not much .....just love yourself and don't blame yourself....there is a lot of research going on with obesity check it out!

  • you can do it! you won't have to eat like that forever. you'll be able to add things in later and you'll feel better. i know it sucks eating the same stuff all the time but before you know it, you'll be losing your weight and adding new things.

    i try to think the same way - food is just for energy. it's not something to do for entertainment or boredom.

    i know you'll be able to do it!! :)

  • True, and we can control what we put in. Even if chocolate cake's been calling me all week. I actually thought about going to my favorite restaurant and breaking up with it. Go park get out look at it and think. "We had a good run you and I, but we cant do this anymore. Oh don't look at me like that. It's YOU not me that's the problem, lol! I think if I did though I'd have to get myself to a padded room, but I need to find some closure if I'm going to do this for life. Is that nuts?
