The Miami-Dade Fire Rescue (MDFR) Air Rescue Bureau provides regional aero-medical transport, search and rescue, firefighting, and tactical support in the Miami and Dade County area using four Bell 412 rotary wing aircraft.
MDFR helicopters transport severely injured trauma patients to State approved Level I Trauma Centers, and flight crews are trained in additional tactical disciplines necessary to deploy personnel and equipment in search and rescue missions, firefighting operations, and reconnaissance on large incidents such as wildland fires and catastrophic events.

@Jazzgirl8888 -- Thanks cutie -- I pulled this one from the bin. I'll be adding more air medevac clips, including one which features this crew transporting a double shooting following a drug deal gone bad.

Sorry -- I shot this about 10 years ago - when the department had 2 412's. The ship in the video was a quick replacement for the 2 that were destroyed on the tarmac during Andrew. As I understand it, they have four in service now.
