Maclin would be lucky to hold Percy Harvin's jock strap. Eagles fucked up let's face it. Harvin > Maclin. Maclin: 2 receptions 12 yards 0 TD's. Kickoff returns: 1 for 7 yards. Percy: 8 receptions, 77 yards, 2 rec TD's. 4 rushes, 36 yards 9.0 yards per carry. Kickoff returns: 6 for a total of 178 yards which is a 29.7 yard average per return. #1 in receptions, #1 in rec yards, #1 in rec TD's and #1 in KR yards. Way to overlook Harvin. NFL analysts are mostly inept, very few called Harvin.

I would have took Harvin because he could be much more of an immediate impact. I think Maclin needs some time to figure out the NFL before he has success. Especially the way manningham played...you don't want to count out speedy D1 stars. ya know?

@tslabjr7, Harvin's been in the NFL for 2 seasons and he's led it in Broken Tackles for WR's both times. Due to the Vikings glaring weakness at QB It wouldn't be accurate to compare stats between Harvin and Maclin but rather their skill and body of work. Harvin was 184 lbs in college and is currently 205 lbs. His work ethic is ungodly and he's one of the most versatile players in the NFL as he puts points on the board at WR, KR & RB. Percy works miracles for inferior QB's and play calling.
