James May of Top Gear gets knocked out in Syria.

While going through the desert in Syria. James May is pulled down by a car in an attempt to tow a car. Injured and taken to the hospital. This was on the Season 16 Special.
James was ok it was only a small cut on the back of his head. But it sure looked more violent.
