Peppermint shrimp isn't guaranteed to eat aiptasia, I bought 5 shrimps and none of them eat the aiptasia in my tank

PLEASE ANSWER: i just got 2 peppermint shrimp... but recently i havent seen them. today i found wat i hope is the clear shedded skin of the shrimp but im afraid that the 2 damsels in my 30 gal tank killed the shrimp. i think it is just the shedded remnants of the shrimp but im a little discoraged b/c i avent noticed any aiptisia dying

If all else fails use a Pest zapper they work great. In the long run also.

keep in mind!! camel shrimp look VERY similar to the peppermint shrimp and are sometimes sold as peppermint shrimp. HOWEVER! the camel shrimp does not eat aphasia.
