Really? I haven't found that to be the case. Haven't found any issues with the delivery head whatsoever. The only "issue" was a annoying squeak which turned out to be a plastic cover on the chair, which was easily rectified. Love the electric motor and built-in camera.
However, I don't have the continental delivery. In looking at yours though, I think some adjustment of the length of the hp hoses may be in order.
