SERVING THOSE WHO SERVE, INC. is nonprofit 501(c) (3) volunteer organization dedicated to the health and well-being of workers and volunteers who served at Ground Zero and related sites. We offer them our immune-building detoxification program free of charge. Our goal is to reach the thousands of rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who are struggling with health issues because of exposure to the sites, and to reach out to the residents near these sites as well.

Renowned Ayurvedic practitioners, Dr. Pankaj Naram and his wife Dr. Smita Naram, have formulated and provided herbal supplements that produce a natural detoxification process aimed at restoring respiratory health and eliminating metal toxicity from the system. These detox and immune-boosting herbs are listed as dietary supplements by the FDA. By eliminating the root cause, health conditions arising from toxicity in the system are diminished. As directors of Ayushakti Ayurved Clinic in Mumbai, India, they have been treating every health problem, including metal toxicity, for over 20 years.

All workers and volunteers affected by exposure to Ground Zero are invited to participate, free of charge. In addition, residents who feel at risk due to their proximity to the sites may also receive the herbs at-cost. Herbs are distributed every 4 weeks in Manhattan, and are taken under no obligation to Serving Those Who Serve, Inc.
