haha I'd *love* to know which five individuals disliked this video! The trouble is that CCTV cameras are useless, expensive to operate and maintain, they ruin the atmosphere and are a constant reminder that the *assumed* threat we pose is more important than our freedoms. A animal that feel threatened, attacks, and crime is on the increase BECAUSE less police officers can to their real jobs due to the "Government", hence the wastes of taxpayers money that are CCTV cameras and PCSO's.
