Private Military Contractor [PMC] Executive Outcomes

Executive Outcomes were one of the most well-organized and well-known Private Military Contractors that operated up until the late 1990s. Drawn mostly from the apartheid era Afrikaner ruled South African Army & Rhodesian Army after it became Zimbabwe, they played a major role in suppressing many a rebellions at the behest of autocratic African rulers & crisis situations elsewhere. They have also been accused of committing gross human rights violations or at least not giving to due regards to the concerns of human rights in their area of operation, though no prosecution has taken place against them.

The U.S military awards contracts worth billions of dollars each year to such Private Military Contractors to operate in conflict areas like Pakistan, Afghanistan etc., performing peripheral & support duties, that would otherwise have to be performed by the regular soldiers of the U.S. Military. In this way, U.S is able to show lowered number of troops in these conflict zones.

It is manipulative documentary. It shows just bad things the EO did to rebels. Sometimes they do some collaterall damage, bad they were not worse then rebels. In Rwanda they have support of people and they whiped out RUF. When they left, massacres started in spite of presence of UN troops. Many people probably don´t like that EO actually surpress rebells by force and not just talked about peace and let RUF kill peaple(Thing, that UN did). They should show also masacress by rebels to be fair.

The only reason Executive Outcomes had so much business to begin with is because you Africans are always massacring your own people. If not for warlords EO would have gone bankrupt immediately.
