  • @thebossman2010 thats odd well ive clamped my memphis amp and getting about 1220 rms using only 4 guage"max input for terminals" and just the redtop so im running the 0 and have the 110 ah battery now also i already have the guage adapters you spoke of i may check and see how well the amp i got does after all these upgrades either way it will still bang

  • @Facestomper666 Nice! Well you should be all set in the electrical department. My only gripe with this amp is in the owner's manual it states the power inputs are 2 gauge when in reality they only accept a maximum of 4 gauge but this is a minor problem that wire reducers can fix. I'm almost certain the nano4k and this amplifier use the same if not similar boards.

  • @thebossman2010 well i have a 120 amp alt. stock but got the o guage all the way back and an optima red top for my starting batt and a 110amp hour in the back so about 160amphours and i usually nurse it turning it up. i mean i will give that bitch all it has but as soon as i see voltage drop let it juice back up, just havent heard much on this amp looks like a massive nano4k and they are cea2k rms allday. this ab phantom is less than 300$ can't beat that shit im using a memphis1100d need more

  • @Facestomper666 Yes I would say so. I did quite a bit of research on this amplifier before purchasing it, because I was a little skeptical about its small size and its acclaimed high output. I remember stumbling upon an article in which this amplifier was bench tested and it did do rated power. In this video I only had the amplifier adjusted to half of its RMS output. This amp is a bit " power hungry" so just make sure you have the appropriate electrical for it.

  • nice would you say your getting the 2k rms from that amp was going to get one for my memphis mojo 15

  • @21duthie Yeah this video doesn't really do these subs justice. They really impress people when they find out they're only 8's. I approached Pete with the notion of wanting a low end frequency oriented enclosure, and I definitely got it lol.
