@SimonB198207 Nope- never ever saw the cartoon for 'Highlander'. But I have seen all the live-action movies with Christopher Lambert and every single episode to the live-action TV series with Adrian Paul. Since we are on that subject- I will say that last TV movie made almost a decade after the TV show was cancelled really did suck and pretty much ruined the franchise. Looks like they are rebooting it with a planned remake in 2012. Now back to the cartoons- TMNT is also getting a reboot in 2012.

@JLC31383 They were known as Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles in the UK... 'so as not to get confused with other ninja shows / franchises' was the excuse. hmmmm...
did you ever see Highlander - The Animated Series?
'Seven centuries since the Earth plunged into darkness...' or something...
i'm going to look it up now. Peace

@SimonB198207 I am quite aware of that. The 1990's had great cartoons that were created for children like "Spider-Man: The Animated Series"/ "X-Men: The Animated Series"/ "Iron Man"/ "Fanastic Four"/ "Superman: The Animated Series"/ "Batman: The Animated Series". Those were the ones based off of superheroes from comic books anyway. "Captain Planet and the Planeteers" was one of my most favorites that was not something based off of a comic book. "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" was the best of all.

@JLC31383 those examples fall more into the catagory of 'animated sitcom' and neither were created with a young audience in mind. things like Superted or Henery's Cat are made for children and i think that is what LastSunrise1981 meant
