After seeing SO many videos of kids not buckled properly on youtube, it makes perfect sense to me now that the LEADING CAUSE OF DEATH in children ages 4 to 10 is CAR ACCIDENTS. Parents - learn how to use booster seats with your children, it doesn't take a genius to do it right!!!!!!!!

How couldn't you see that this kids need booster seats...all of them. The two kids on the left would be strangled in an accident and the kid ond the right has even put the belt behind him. Shoulder belts exist to use them. And children CAN use them safely if they would use a booster seat....

lapbelt is being worn... shoulderbelt put behind him... if you look close.
I agree... they all need boosters and/or harnessed seats.
