Starting 7 Craftsman LT4000 Tractors

Now that it's spring, I've been getting stuff ready for use. I started up all 7 of our LT4000 tractors, just to make sure everythings OK. I had two with dead solenoids, and one with a very messed up carb that flooded the engine with gas and made a messy geyser out of the crankcase breather. Guess that carbs gonna need a rebuild!
NOTE: For some reason the audio sync on the gets seriuosly messed up after 3:14, worked fine on YouTube for about 10 months, now it does this. Thanks YouTube...

I think it's funny the way they put monstrous gas guzzling opposed twin engines in puny lawn tractors when basically the same engine was powering high performance garden tractors ten years earlier.

one of my mowers is a 15.5 briggs and the motor fills with gas when i run it (like the one that blue gas at you) what did you do to fix the carb ???

Carburetor probably needs a new float valve and seat. Pretty common problem on small engines these days. It's an easy thing to do, I usually don't even have to remove the carb to do it.

I used to have a lot of respect for this guy until I messaged him because I was having problems with my tractor engine and he basically blew me off.
