@Ry4nH4m1ll true dual straight pipes dont have muffler? then it wouldnt be straightpiped? if you want it loud put on headers into 3 inch straight pipe true duals, cut off the cat, the put on 5 inch diesel tips.

Best lookink cowl hood you can get for 03-06 chevys if you ask me.

The Flowmaster super 44 was the best.

the super 44's sound sick. How would they sound on a 96 impala ss with a stock lt1, same thing as this almost right? With stock tips that turn down, i dont like straight pipes on an ss

Needs 5in tips make it deeper tone
-

@04SilveradoMykk MustangMabry Check out his channel look at his videos, dumped flowmaster 40s no cats.

@04SilveradoMykk There's a Ford 5.4 Triton on YouTube with the exact set up as I just said, he has videos with manifolds and with headers, it's not that loud.
I just wish you did this with manifolds and a more mild engine, otherwise great video, I'm going with true dual straight pipes on my 96' 5.7 Vortec, with dumped flowmaster 40s under cab but before rear axle.

@Ry4nH4m1ll
Expect it to be extremely loud. May I suggest that you mount the mufflers as far back as possible, behind the axle.

What kind of tip did you have that came out the side? I was looking to do that on my 03 Silverado SS, but can't find it anywhere.

@gwrich01
They are generic tips found on EBay, designed for F-Bodies

I was looking on flowmasters website and you should enter their contest called "Show us your Flows"

@slowride55, Flowmaster just informed me that my other exhaust video has won their weekly "Show us your Flows" contest. Thanks for the suggestion!
