Looks like wrong installation of the water supply of the rim. If you put the supplytube too deep into the hole it will cover the holes in the bowl leading to the rim.

lol i cant believe theres this much interest in toilets.. i just use whatever thing was in my house. theres no poop floating around or hanging on the sides.. so im happy. the only poop lingering around is what hit the seat when i sat down the other day after getting my o-ring blown out by a guy named mandingo. couldn't hold it in.

Kohler contacted me last week and apparently they have a new Class 6 flush technology which includes a rim wash. I should be getting this toilet from them within the next couple of weeks to try out. I am looking forward to it.

Don't get me wrong, I love this toilet and I would trade in the plunger for a bowl cleaner any day. My toilet is never that dirty but I just wanted people to know what they were getting into. I called Kohler and they told me I should have known this before my purchase, not sure of too many showrooms that have actual toilets installed! And I told them there is only a handful of Ingenium toilets out there. I'm just not sure why they couldn't have combined a slight swirl with the Class 5 design.

unfortunately everyone who's purchased this toilet has trade in their plunger for a toiler brush....
