Build it myself. You can't build off the shelf artificial limb hand. It will never be the same as the original human hand, but it is a start.

If this works and relatively cheap, a "LOT" of war victims (combatants and non) and a whole lot of people are going to be able to get a portion of their lives back.

You could try to do some money selling hands and leg prothesis made in good and cheap aluminium and rubber. Enzo Ferrari said he manufactured cars for rich people just to get the money for maintaining his formula 1 team. What sensors do you use in your arms? where you buy it? is amazing how with less funds you did the same what NASA made with their robonaut and million $.
