Honestly out of all the videos I've seen ... The cops pretty much just stand there, your shitty ass phone doesn't pick up the whole story. I dont see then coming onto private property and arresting people... Who knows if the girl who got tackled didn't like try to nail gouge the cops eyes or worse package! Seriously Kent is fun enough, dont bitch if they dont let you destroy the neighborhood w/ TRASH. .. Isn't littering against the law too? I see a whole lot of laws ignored.

Yea ... I'm like THE Kent speeder and I've dealt w/ just about all the cops. Honestly out of the bunch I've met maybe ONE wasn't exceptionally fair. I've also never grouped myself w/ a bunch of people throwing beer bottles either..
Think if you lived on that street w/ young children! They aren't imposing on your rights by requesting you go inside to keep the peace. Plus were talking about CAMPUS police, they know 90% of the group is drunk. I'm all about rights but think safety.

The cops started the riot. People were drinking and the cops came and started arresting people who were underage. There was no destruction of property before that.

The Officers were doing their jobs. A bunch of would-be know it all college kids just instigate more problems. Private property or not, if you don't cooperate with police, it could have easily been obstruction of justice.
That many dumb ass kids, and a hand full of cops - I'd say they handled the situation perfectly.
