@XSceneScreamX haha, thats probably why i dont trust myself enough to go fast trough those courners, cuz every time im going to a courner i start watching the front wheel to know where to place myself, and then i get all locked up at the front wheel and i cant look away from it while im going trough courners, thanks! =)

also stay very hydrated before doing a race, im not good enough to enter races but i've done a practice track every time i ride, and if im not hydrated enough, the shock, viibration, whatever you call it when you feel it up your arms from pulling the throttle, my muscles locked and my hand was stuck pulling the throttle all out, its not fun at all lol, i ride a 2002 yz 250

This is a really helpful video, it does take alot of stamina and endurance to race motocross.

yeah but if you keep them real tense you'll get arm pump bad. it sucks. you just have to be loose and know what you're dooing and what you're gonna do next

As the dude said look infront of you not at the front wheel, never look down at the front wheel and be worried about it because thats how you'll crash.
I just thought I would just give a little tip as I'm pretty into racing this sport and don't shoot me coz I'm a girl. D:
