Women, especially older women, always smirk a little when I tell them how much I look forward to aging.

I can't wait to get my first grey hair (or finding under all these dreads), I love the lines I'm wearing on my face, and how I see aging as one of the most beautiful things in the world.

They assume it hasn't "hit me yet".

Oh but it has. The aging fear hit me a few years ago. Hard.

And that's when everything changed.

I explain it, passionately and emotionally I might add, in this video above.

  • I discovered the raw food/organic/natural lifestyle in the past couple years and I'm turning 30 next year but I feel younger than I did at 21! The thirties and forties are a beautiful time in a woman's life. :)

  • Tara, this is so beautiful, roses are my favourite flower, so this speaks volumes to me. "The more I offer the world, the more I live" is so what I needed to hear right now in my life. I am marking this as a favourite as I have already replayed it over and over.

  • I totally needed that. I'll be 39 this year and have slowly since my mid-thirties been coming to grips with aging and death. This so speaks to my heart and my fears. Thanks for sharing.

  • OMGosh, totally I am crying. This was so touching. Thank you.

  • You described your vision beautifully! Thank-you for sharing...really helped me after losing my 33 yr old brother and experiencing that feeling of loss and the fear of my own aging. I have been searching for acceptance. Your vision is a beautiful beginning of embracing it all.

  • Happy 30th birthday btw Tara! I'm in my early 30's and it truly is a wonderful age! Enjoy your birthday <3 <3 <3

  • I needed this video sooo much; so much wisdom and truth here <3 It's time to open and give with our wisdom and our heart and beauty. I'm crying too Tara! <3 The more we know and understand and feel, the more that time passes, the more we become, the more love we have to share. I choose to make my legacy love and light and beauty and joy! Thank you Tara! I'm sending you so much love & growth & joy and opening! P.S.Gray hair or not, you're truly perfect exactly as you are right now! We all are <3

  • "I am opening" - beautiful, beautiful image with the rose - thank you for sharing your vision with us Tara <3
