i'm about to leave for tay's house. i spend a lot of time over there, it used to just be me trying to convince her to go out, but now that that's been accomplished... i dont know, i just like her company. i dont think i want to shake this habbit :)
miley- (opens the door) oh!
????- hey baby
miley- not now cody
cody- aw c'mon baby, whats the rush?
miley- im going to a friends house! i dont want to keep them waiting
cody- a friend? like, a boyfriend
miley- no cody i-
cody- ARE YOU CHEATING ON ME?!?
miley- we aren't even dating cody!
cody- says you!
miley- you are not my boyfriend! and im leaving now!
cody- who is he?
miley- taylor
cody- i shoulda known! that launther kid always had the hots for your sister, why not you?
miley- no cody
cody- what?
miey- not taylor launther, taylor swift
cody- YOUR LES?
miley- NO! i told you a FRIEND'S house... just a friend thats all i meant!
cody- good girl, no go back inside so we can get down to buisness (grins)
miley- no cody, i was serious when i said i was going to taylor's
cody- aw c'mon baby, i WANT you...
miley- (slaps him) the feeling is most certainly NOT mutual!
miley's POV
ugh! he is SO frustrating! i just want him to disappear off the face of the planet! hes SUCH a perv!
i stomped past him angrily, and took the elevator down to the parking lot. i got to my car just as i saw him step out of the elevator. i got in quickly and sped out of the parking lot
I HATE HIM! for one thing he tried to KILL me, no seriously! after he got me pregnant and left, i already hated him. then when he came back, and i wouldn't let him near my baby, he got FURIOUS. he said i was a good-for-nothing bitch, and he said that if i wouldn't let him see his child, then he would have to get em out of the way... and thats what he did, or tried to anyways.
my head was filled with angry thoughts as i sped down the road. i barely saw the street in front of me. i barely saw the other cars. i barely saw the line that marked the side of the road. i didn't see the tree.

nick- you seem tense
sel- i just have a bad feeling
nick- what kind of bad feeling?
sel- i have a feeling that something bad is gonna happen
nick- (rolls his eyes) no dip
sel- im serious nick. some really awful is gonna happen...
nick- just relax, you cant know for sure hun
sel- i know... its just a gut feeling
nick- well, your gut is usually more accurate than mine is
sel- true. i just- (gets cut off by her phone)
sel- hello?
???- is this selena gomez?
sel- uh, yeah? thats me
???- im afraid i have some bad news
NICK
i sat there and listened to sel's one sided conversation. it went kinda like- "hello?" ... "uh, yeah? thats me" ... "um, okay? what is it?"... "oh my god, n-no, w-when did this happen?" "WHAT? and your just calling me now?!?" ... "oh, okay, sorry"... y-yeah, i'll be right there"... " okay, thank you SO much" and then she looks at me and breaks down crying i ran over to hug her, and i had to practically hold her up
nick- shhh, shhh, okay, shhh
sel- (sobbing) sh-she she
nick- shhh, okay hun, just tell me where we need to go
sel- th-the h-hospital
nick- (confused) okay, (leads her out to the car and helps her into the passenger seat) (they go down the road)
nicks POV
i kept trying to get her to tell me who was in the hospital, but she couldn't stop bawling. i tried to console her, but she just couldn't calm down. it was back and forth. i would ask her what happened, she would try to tell me but then get all worked up again, then i would calm her down, and it would start all over. i was about to ask her again when we passed it. there was police tap everywhere. surrounding the accident. yeah, it was a car, it crashed into a big tree on the side of the road. it looked like they already got whoever was in it out already. then sel started to hyperventilate, and i realized whose car it was.
