Makayla's 14th Birthday

How is it even possible that you are already turning 14?? It seems like just yesterday that you were standing on top of the ottoman singing at the top of your lungs and taking your bow, with that huge smile on your face. That memory is etched onto my soul and in my heart, and as hard as it is to let you grow up, I know you are destined to become an amazing young woman. We are so incredibly proud of you, who you are, and what you stand for. You are one of the greatest blessings me and your father have ever received. While you are incredibly strong willed, highly opinionated, and extremely hyper 99% of the time...you are also the most fiercely protective sister, the one that wants everybody around her to be happy and sets out to make everyone that way, even if that means acting like a complete fool just to put a smile on someone's face. You were always the happiest of babies, and I am blessed everyday by the fact that you are still that extremely happy person, who doesn't let the small things or the stupid people of the world bring you down. It makes me so proud that you are happy with your life, genuinely laugh out loud happy, and I love all the memoires we have made as a family and will continue to make through the years! Stand tall my baby girl, for you will always be the most amazing young lady in the world to me!!
