The officer is in uniform on the clock or not. The city knows this, he is a peace officer. If he says go, that means go. If he standing there obstructing the city sidewalk that means your loitering.

"I'm working for....." isn't that a violation of the first amendment? Isn't he impersonating a police officer? Sue him not the police department where it comes from everyones' taxes. Sin is not transferrable to the general population.

Was that cop an actor, Im all for the guys on the sidewalk but that cop got man handled it look like his 1st day he didnt know what he was doing. He sounded a little lite in the shoes as well.

Makes one wonder if we still live in a free country. Do we really own our own property. If you don't pay whatever taxes someone else decides, your property can be taken away from you. If a city or organization wants your land, they can take it through imminent domain. If someone stands on a public sidewalk and protests something they can be arrested.
