Ben Craib is a scriptwriter. He has been the writer on various performance projects for the Half Moon Young People's Theatre, won Menagerie Theatre Company's new writing competition SPARKS in 2009 and you can see a reading of Smelly The Cat's Hansel and Gretel - Hansel and Gretel retold from the perspective of Hansel's cat - at The Croyden Clocktower Children's Theatre Scratch Festival on Sat 25th Sept 2010 at 2PM. He graduated from the Creative Writing MA at the university of East Anglia in 2009.

He also is a theatre facilitator and makes plays with and teaches young people all over London for employers that include Hampstead Theatre The Almeida Theatre, and The Half Moon.
