mmm, now i'm SURE Maria is Carla's Mother, i remember her being really worry about Carla way back when Louise had just arrive to the castle. I always suspected she thought Carla was her daughter and i bet when she gave the lock of hair to Ansgar she was givin him HE hair and not francesca's in onder to prove her suspects.

Was just looking at one of those compilation videos of STARLA - and there was Carla sitting behind her desk in the library in Koenigsbrunn - wearing that dress... hmmmmpf budget tough at VL too I guess....
