The classic martini is elegant and refined yet simple in its basic elements. A certainty when serving this classic cocktail is that it must be cold. But, how does one keep the drink at temperature once it has entered the hands of a guest? Jamie shows you how with flare and distinction. Distributed by Tubemogul.

I personally make my martinis using a sweeter vermouth (Martini Bianco, for instance) but strain away a lot of it after coating the ice so that it gives it a slightly nicer taste... I find dry martini leaves a bitter or negligable taste. And I would avoid adding cracked ice... It would dilute and spoil the colour... You might as well shake the martini with whole cubes.
My 2 cents. But superb videos otherwise, just my addition.
