Isn't there a manga of this as well? I think there is because they resemble each other a lot, so I'm guessing this is the drama show based on the manga, correct?

i just finished watching mars and i am *soo* heartbroken. It's extremely touching. Most dramas take me half a day to get over, and then i find a new one, but i've tried 5 dramas and can't bring myself to watch them. mars just has that effect to me. anybody know any dramas similiar to mars? like physcology, not just corny love?
