It's Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata (Piano Sonata No. 14 in C-Sharp Minor). If you want to hear a good version do a youtube search for "moonlight sonata kempff" and watch the video for the first movement - it should be the top video in the search result.

No, as JazaFirestar says in reply to the person who asked the same thing:
Canberra does not have a rally organised as there is no coordinator there.
If you know someone that can do it/interested yourself - post on nocensorship[dot]info forums :-)
