Despite my lack of long-term partners (i am a little autistic/schizoid) the people I find attractive automatically turned out to be about my age, the mechanism of which I think is interesting neuropsychologically... even 19, 20 year olds started to fade a little out of my attractiveness scale when I went past 25, which is somewhat unusual for a male...

but even if I WERE a pedophile, this "argument" against my view would be an ad hominem fallacy.

just as being gay is not bad because of higher hiv risks, it is much more moral if hiv- paul and tom have sex with each other than if hiv- paul did it unsafely with hiv+ sandy, so if sister and brother ann and michael get a perfectly healthy child, this is much more moral than 20 year old huntington patient destroying his child's life at 40 or 50 yo janet getting a baby whose life is hell because of genetic disease...
