The snow has been falling now for nearly a week. The snow storms have got severe to the point that most methods of transport have been disrupted or come to a standstill. As it is right now the trains are still working but the roads are bad enough to isolate large parts of Scotland. The temperature has dropped below zero for about 4 or 5 days and stayed there. Air travel has been disrupted. Add to that, the severe snow storms have also resulted in thunder and lighting.

  • Sandy. I live in Minnesota and we've had record snowfalls of 170 inches in one winter! Spring is not fun when it begins to thaw..hence, floods. We feel your pain..lol!
