rock band "unclean" new song

Hey, we are a new band from Mass. We started jamming freshman year of highschool, and right now we dont have a singer. Our drummer is Christian, hes pretty much the man and is a sick drummer. Our bassist is Jared and he just started playin bass. Im Dave and I play guitar, I'm on the left. Uhh we pretty much are into metal, but different kinds. Christian likes balls out heavy rock, and Rick Roll. Jared likes old school metal, like Iron Maiden and 80's metal. Im into creative progressive odd timed poly metric crap, Tool, Dream Theatre, Liquid Tension Experiment, Meshuggah, Rush, and stuff. We hope to create a good fusion of these interests and this was our first attempt. I wrote the guitar line, Christian thrashed out the drum part on like the first try, and Jared just improvised oon this, were going to write a bassline to it soon. dude we made this video in 8th grade were are now all graduated, and are rocking way harder with a diffrent bass player, the guitar player in this is now the bass, im still the drummer.

I recommend the bassist tries a fretless bass (5 string or tuned down 4) I think that would fit the sound a lot better. Also, I don't recommend labeling yourselves as a Christian band since that will draw a ton of people (even other Christians) away from it since christian rock tends to be extremely corny lyric-wise.
