im 16, 6"2. i can dunk, i havent done any jump programs, weights, training.
the only 'training' ive done is at home with my own ring. i put the ring at about 8"5 and try and get my head above the ring while dunking, off 1 and 2 feet. as soon as i get my head over the ring, i raise the height of the basket.
Touching the rim isn't enough to dunk a basketball. I couldn't dunk until I could hit the rim around 3 inches below my wrist. Before that I could dunk a volleyball.
