Calf roping and steer wrestling rodeo events

Imagine doing these and other rodeo events 2 or 3 times a week. Being a cowboy was many young boys fantasy but the reality is that its hard work with little financial reward for most cowboys but they wouldn't do anything else, it's in their blood. This is the Falkland Rodeo 2008.

@Footphobics01 In bull riding and horse bronic the horses are givin a flank strap and an eletric shock with a TASER and these calves are only 3 months old and my cousins live on a farm like me but I don't have cows yet because we just started and when you are actally patting one and you think about roping you would probably say to yourself, "Who would want to hurt such a gentle animal?" And P.S Bulls do not hurt people. They are frightend thats why they hurt others in rodeo.

i dont think calf roping is cruel, but i think they should have to be gentler with them... ive seen some pretty baad accidents in the calf roping events... and yanking on their necks and throwing them to the ground is CRUEL!

@AnimalLeftist i never said it was fun. i have never done rodeo and im a vegetarian so i cant stand seeing anything totured. but would u rather have an animal kille or hurt. and they dont get hurt that much either. people shouldnt get hurt anyway but people can talk and stand up for themselves animals cant. and the other rodeo things they do dont hurt the animals either. they ride bucking horses and bulls, and rodeo hurts more people than animals
