Just in time for the holidays! Join me in this 5 part series on how to deal and cope during the holidays for those battling eating disorders, associated issues and addictions.

This series is organized by topic, not numbered series. Follow me as I touch on dealing with:

Food, Family/People and Being Alone during the holidays. I also provide you with a bonus video on a list of useful prevention planning tools to help assist you in staying safe, sane, happy, healthy and grounded during the holiday season.

  • I need to watch this series Dr Johnny Christmas is stressing me out as I have so many parties to go to. I have never had so many friends in work or invitations so I am a very lucky fairy and should not be stressed by so much love.

  • You make so much more sense than most therapists!!! :P

  • Planning is so important. Prevention Planning at it's best can be a true life saver during the holidays. It's great you posted these, and I'm sure many out there are gonna gain comfort and knowledge which will result in a much more managable holiday season :)
